Everything you wanted to know about Moving to Northern Colorado.

Welcome to my New Blog about Living in Northern Colorado. As a Realtor I am ask all the time what is Northern Colorado really like well here it is.


It is Windy!


No I mean it is Windy! We have a lot of sunny days but we always have a breeze from mild to hold on to your hats folks.


Yes the Horses are at the Budweiser Brewery. They keep the Clydesdale's at the site and you can go see them when you go on the free beer tour. Yes I said Free!


We have great sporting events close by with CSU, CU, and UNC close by. The Budweiser Event Center host the Colorado Eagles Hockey, Colorado Ice Indoor Football, and many Concerts and Events.


We have the Lincoln Center for performing Arts. They put on shows though out the year.
